Terms of Service

1. Informational Service Only
LineGrade is an informational and entertainment service that provides sports analytics, model-generated grades, and related content. LineGrade is not a licensed sportsbook. We do not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and we do not hold funds on behalf of users.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use LineGrade, and you must be located in a jurisdiction where use of the service is lawful. You are solely responsible for confirming that sports betting and use of analytics services are legal where you are located and that your use of LineGrade complies with all applicable laws.
3. Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use LineGrade for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, crawl, mirror, resell, sublicense, or redistribute any grades, projections, probabilities, edge values, model outputs, or other data made available through the service. This license ties into and is reinforced by the Proprietary Content & Redistribution section below.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
LineGrade offers monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans, each of which auto-renews at the end of the then-current billing period until canceled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Price changes will be communicated in advance by email and/or in-app notice before they take effect. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Billing option on your Account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues until then. 5. Informational Use Only / No Warranty
LineGrade provides sports analytics for informational and entertainment purposes only. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds, lines, statistics, projections, grades, or other content. Lines and prices shown may differ from the current prices offered by any sportsbook. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or return, and nothing on LineGrade constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LineGrade and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation wagering losses, lost profits, lost data, or service interruptions, arising out of or relating to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the service, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms, including account sharing, redistribution of proprietary content, or other misuse described elsewhere in these Terms. Where a violation is described in these Terms as resulting in termination without refund, no refund will be issued.
8. Third-Party Services & Links
LineGrade references and may link to third-party services, including sportsbooks, pick'em apps (such as PrizePicks and Underdog), prediction markets (such as Kalshi and Polymarket), and third-party data providers. These services are not owned, controlled, or endorsed by us, and we are not responsible for their content, odds, pricing, policies, availability, or practices. Any relationship you enter into with a sportsbook, pick'em app, prediction market, or other third-party service is solely between you and that party.
9. Player Images & Team/League Marks
Player photographs, player names, team names, team logos, and league marks displayed on LineGrade are the property of their respective players, teams, leagues, and other rights holders. They are used solely for identification and informational purposes. No endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation is claimed or implied.
10. Promotional Discounts
FOLLOW15 Discount Code — The FOLLOW15 promotional code provides 15% off your first billing period. To unlock the code, users must follow SharpSignal on Instagram, X (Twitter), and TikTok, plus at least one of LinkedIn, Facebook, or YouTube. The code applies to new subscriptions only and cannot be combined with other offers. SharpSignal reserves the right to expire, modify, or limit this promotion at any time. Limit one use per customer.
11. Proprietary Content & Redistribution
All picks, grades, probability scores, edge values, model outputs, and analytical content published on LineGrade / SharpSignal are proprietary and protected by copyright. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly post, screenshot-share, or commercially exploit any such content without explicit written permission. Violations may result in immediate account termination and civil legal action under applicable copyright law.
12. Account Sharing Prohibition
LineGrade subscriptions are licensed to a single individual. Sharing account credentials, allowing concurrent access by multiple users, or using automated tools to access the service on behalf of others is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor for concurrent sessions and account-sharing patterns. Accounts found to be in violation may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund.
13. Refunds & Cancellation
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime from the Account page and remain active until the end of the paid period. We do not issue prorated refunds for partial periods. Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full — email support@linegrade.app. Refund requests are answered within 5 business days. FOLLOW15 and other promotional discounts are one-time and non-refundable once applied. See the full policy at /refund-policy.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the Company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date, and where appropriate we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
